Public Information Office

The Public Information Office (PIO) functions as the public relations arm of the department by assisting the five divisions in communicating the goals and activities of each division to the island community and the public. PIO also partners with the Office of the Governor and the Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense in providing joint releases during a public health emergency or disaster.
